Came across Qualified Hardware by accident, best find ever. Dealing with large commercial door hardware suppliers is a big cat and mouse game. The larger companies have lead times that completely stall projects in their tracks. Now that we use qualified hardware we have the same hardware within a few days. I recently worked with Joel, I asked for information on a concealed floor closer. All of our other suppliers gave us a 8-10 week lead time for the replacement arm we needed. Joel took all the information and jumped on it. Within 2 days we had the replacement arm.

I've called a couple of times with questions and always had good responses from someone who was most likely in Brooklyn, New York. I've found the prices to be very competitive for quality commercial hardware. Highly recommended!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had a mishap with my shipping (clicked on the wrong shipping) and the order went through. It was after hours so I called and left a message on their voicemail. When I called the next morning an employee picked up and already knew who I was just by my caller ID and told me he got the message and was just about to call me to let me know they had fixed it and were shipping my order asap with the right shipping. Dang talk about great customer service..!!!
